Mary has been instrumental in helping me through initial sign up with Medicare, Drug and Supplemental plans and is a constant support during some really challenging medical issues. Her quick response to my questions regarding medications and strategies with medical facilities has been incredibly helpful. If I had not signed up for a good supplemental plan we could've faced thousands of dollars more per year in additional expenses. Mary also helped with the process to request Medicare approval for a single dose infusion instead of three per month for my CIDP. The doctors were able to follow her instructions and now I am able to have 12 infusions instead of 36 infusions per year. As each infusion takes at least 3-1/2 hours this promises to be a major improvement to my quality of life. This is priceless.
